Daban-daban nau'ikan marufi na SMDs

Dangane da hanyar haɗuwa, ana iya raba abubuwan haɗin lantarki zuwa abubuwan haɗin ramuka da abubuwan hawan saman (SMC).Amma a cikin masana'antar,Surface Dutsen Devices (SMDs) ana amfani da ƙarin don kwatanta wannan farfajiyabangaren waxanda suke ana amfani da su a cikin na'urorin lantarki waɗanda ake ɗora kai tsaye a saman allon da aka buga (PCB).SMDs sun zo cikin nau'ikan marufi daban-daban, kowanne an tsara shi don takamaiman dalilai, ƙarancin sarari, da buƙatun masana'anta.Anan akwai nau'ikan marufi na SMD gama gari:

 

1. SMD Chip (Rectangular) Fakiti:

SOIC (Ƙananan Ƙididdigar Haɗin Kai): Kunshin rectangular tare da jagororin gull-wing a ɓangarorin biyu, wanda ya dace da haɗaɗɗun da'irori.

SSOP (Ƙaramin Kunshin Shafi): Mai kama da SOIC amma tare da ƙaramin girman jiki da mafi kyawun farar.

TSSOP (Ƙaramin Kunshin Shafi Mai Bakin Ciki): Siffar SSOP mafi sira.

QFP (Kunshin Flat Quad): Fakitin murabba'i ko rectangular tare da jagora akan dukkan bangarorin hudu.Zai iya zama ƙananan bayanan martaba (LQFP) ko mai kyau-fiti (VQFP).

LGA (Grid Array): Babu jagora;a maimakon haka, ana shirya pads ɗin lamba a cikin grid a saman ƙasa.

 

2. Fakitin SMD Chip (Square)

CSP (Kunshin Sikelin Chip): Ƙunƙarar ƙanƙara mai ƙarfi tare da ƙwallan siyarwa kai tsaye akan gefuna na ɓangaren.An tsara don zama kusa da girman ainihin guntu.

BGA (Ball Grid Array): ƙwallayen siyar da aka shirya a cikin grid ƙarƙashin kunshin, suna ba da kyakkyawan aikin zafi da lantarki.

FBGA (Kyakkyawan-Pitch BGA): Kama da BGA amma tare da mafi kyawun filin don girman girman abubuwan.

 

3. SMD Diode da Fakitin Transistor:

SOT (Small Outline Transistor): Karamin kunshin don diodes, transistor, da sauran ƙananan abubuwan da suka dace.

SOD (Small Outline Diode): Kama da SOT amma musamman don diodes.

DO (Bayanin Diode):  Daban-daban ƙananan fakiti don diodes da sauran ƙananan abubuwa.

 

4.SMD Capacitor da Fakitin Resistor:

0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, da sauransu: Waɗannan lambobin lambobi ne waɗanda ke wakiltar ma'auni na ɓangaren a cikin goma na millimita.Misali, 0603 yana nuna ma'auni 0.06 x 0.03 inci (1.6 x 0.8 mm).

 

5. Sauran Fakitin SMD:

PLCC (Mai ɗaukan Jagorar Filastik): Kunshin murabba'i ko rectangular tare da jagora akan dukkan bangarorin huɗu, dacewa da ICs da sauran abubuwan haɗin gwiwa.

TO252, TO263, da dai sauransu: Waɗannan su ne nau'ikan SMD na fakitin kayan ramuka na gargajiya kamar TO-220, TO-263, tare da lebur ƙasa don hawa saman.

 

Kowane ɗayan waɗannan nau'ikan fakitin yana da fa'ida da rashin amfani dangane da girman girman, sauƙin haɗuwa, aikin zafi, halayen lantarki, da farashi.Zaɓin fakitin SMD ya dogara da abubuwa kamar aikin ɓangaren, sararin sararin samaniya, ƙarfin masana'anta, da buƙatun zafi.
